A beautiful frozen morning after the storm.
We awoke this morning to far more snow than was predicted last night before bed. This is the first season for my hubby's landscaping business, Guite Property Services, and our first year doing snow removal, so every trip out is an adventure!! Today was our first morning doing snow removal before my hubby had to go to his day job, and instead of the predicted 4"-8", we awoke to over a foot of white powder covering our yard. You know you got a good storm when you open your front door and the snow is halfway up the glass!!

I think we got a little snow...
We suited up in our snow gear (aka as many layers as we could comfortably cram under our winter jacket and snow pants) and headed out to tackle the driveway and find our cars.

Whoooaaa...huge snow bank...

...Oh wait...that's my car! LOL!
We got all our clients done by 8am and zipped home so hubby could shower, gussy himself up and head to work for the day, while I made him some homemade breakfast goodness. For a huge storm, with far more snow than we were planning on, and a handful of additional new clients as of last night, today went so smoothly!! It was a lot of work, but well worth it, and we accomplished it together!
Live in a crazy snowy area too? Share your pics or stories about digging out after the storm!

You'll need:
1 packet of Wholly' Guacamole
1 bag of tortilla scoops or bite-size rounds
1 bag Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp (usually found at Shaw's)
Prepare the shrimp according to the packet directions.
Assemble tostadas by placing the mini tortillas on a serving platter in a single layer and dividing the guacamole among them.
Top each mini tortilla with one prepared shrimp (remove the tails before placing on each chip to make ti easier and less messy to eat!)
Try some variations of this recipe by using Wholly Guacamole's spicy Guac, or even add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar before topping each tortilla with a shrimp.
Peace & Love
